Dreams - Doncaster

We were greeted and the layout of the shop was explained by staff member Emily, who also offered us a drink. I explained what we were looking for and she directed us straight away to suitable products. My husband and I were struggling to agree on the type of mattress we wanted and Emily was able to explain the differences very well and direct us to one that was absolutely perfect for us both, as well as help us to select the best bed frame for our budget and storage needs. We both came away very happy, no hard sell, just really good product knowledge and customer service.

Staff were not pushy to make a sale, unlike another bed shop i recently visited. they let me take my time to try various beds / mattresses, and i wanted to go away and think about the purchase as it is quite a lot of money. the staff were more than happy for me to walk away and i didn't feel pressured in to buying that day. I returned the next day to make the purchase

Staff wére friendly and had good knowledge of all the beds/mattresses for sale, advice was impartial, and not pushy. Felt welcome entering the store with tea/coffee offered, left to browse at our own pace. Happy with our choice, bought pillows and duvet to complete order. Delivery booked at time of purchase - delivery 2 weeks - looking forward to a good nights sleep zzzzzz

I came to dreams as I needed a new bed ASAP , im deaf in both ears and I wear hearing aids . I came with my partner and he’s spoken on my behalf . This women Amanda who helped us to order a new bed . Her service is absolutely fantastic and gave us a good deal . She spoken very clearly so I could understand face to face :) the manager was lovely and the store is very clean

Amanda was very friendly and efficient, without us feeling pestered at all. She went away after giving us advice to deliberate. Amanda also offered us a coffee which we gladly accepted.

Amanda the assistant who dealt with me is probably the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Her knowledge and expertise was obvious, she was polite with a professional manner and very friendly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

The lady in the shop was just so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her... she was so patient and helpful.

Dealt with quickly, everything fully explained, given time to make our mind up. Top marks for customer satisfaction so far.
