Assitant was very helpful and informative without making us feel under pressure.

From the moment we entered the store l, the staff were friendly and approachable, even offering my family and I a drink. We were shown to the mattresses we were looking for and were taken to test one out. Payment was quick and easy and another member of staff helped us carry our goods to the car. Overall a fantastic experience

On arrival, the store assistant offered us a cup of tea and then proceeded to assist us with our purchase. We initially planned to spend a small amount but she still spent a lot of time looking for what we wanted. We then changed our minds and made a more substantial purchase, the store assistant remained happy and helpful making our buying experience very enjoyable.

I thought the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. I wanted a flexible delivery date which she was able to arrange with no fuss. She was friendly and engaging throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to your organisation

The Sales Advisor answered any concerns I expressed and provided detailed information on the product. The Sales Advisor was empathetic and had a caring manner as I explained my son's health in regards to choosing a suitable mattress reassuring me she will be able to help and find a suitable mattress to meet Mat needs.
