Overall service received from Sharon in Doncaster when placing order, all communications regarding the confirmation and delivery of the bed and the pleasant attitude of the delivery gentlemen were extremely efficient. Would highly recommend Dreams.

Amanda was really helpful without being pushy, when I mentioned what I was looking for she was able to find products quickly and helped to whittle it down. Delivery was arranged with a quick turnaround, and old bed will be removed which saves me the hassle.

The member of staff who assisted me was courteous and friendly. He found exactly what I wanted promptly and was knowledgable and efficient.

The assistance the staff gave was excellant, we were offered coffee which was very nice,although we declined, the offers we were given were also excellant. We purchased a mattress and bed . Overall we were very pleased with the outcome.

The card machine had frozen and the team needed to contact their customer service/IT helpdesk to fix the situation so I could pay for my items. It's one of those things however, and I wasn't angry about anything. The colleagues explained what was happening and apologised several times. Ultimately it was resolved within about 10 minutes. No problem.
