The staff were very helpful and friendly we were offered a drink as soon as we walked into store, Amanda’s knowledge of the beds and mattresses was extremely helpful and made our purchase a lot easier.

Myself and my partner entered the Dreams shop in Doncaster, and was immediately greeted with a polite smile/hello and is there anyway i can help you today. We told Amanda (sales assistant) what we were looking for and she took us to the products that she thought would suit us with the description we gave her. She explained very clearly everything about the products and then asked if we would like a Tea/Coffee. We were left alone to make our own decisions and try out what we needed, We then decided to look at something else while we were there and again Amanda explained it all. The staff are welcoming and very curious. and we will be shopping there in future.

Friendly knowledgable staff did everything they could to help us find what we needed. All questions answered openly.
