First impression of Dreams store immediately made us decide to shop here. Everywhere was clean, excellent lighting and the assistant who dealt with us was keen to show us exactly what we required. Excellent service. No problems or criticisms at all.

The salesman was friendly but also maintained a professional aptitude, he demonstrated the bed items that we were interested in and also offered alternatives which may provide greater comfort. Refreshments were offered and the sale was completed without any problems. We have also been provided with contact details if we were to need them.

Julie was an excellent representative of your company all the Doncaster ladies were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of your products a real credit to your company.

We required a decent mattress but didn't want to pay too much money. Stirling at the Doncaster branch gave us a great deal with the bed frame We needed and we were able to take the mattress home the same day. The cost was half the original price and the transaction went smoothly and were offered a tea whilst processing the order. Very happy

I was highly satisfied because the assistant spent a lot of time showing us various posture sprung mattresses. Also as I wanted a mattress that I could turn over from time to time. Sharon showed me and my husband some and explained fully the product information which helped me and my husband make an informed decision as a result we feel confident that we have made the right choice.

We had been looking online for a new mattress online but wanted to try the one we had been looking at. We found the eve one in store straight away and found the price much better than direct from eve online (almost £200 cheaper in the sale). Emily came to ask if we needed help. She was friendly, but not too pushy. She asked what we were looking for and explained all about the mattress (she was knowledgeable and understanding if our needs). I asked for any similar products to try out and compare and she showed us a few in the showroom. We decided on the eve mattress and selected 2 pillows - all much cheaper than expected.
