Mr Stirling, the Dreams Colleague, was very helpful and attentive. He had good product knowledge and listened to our needs. My wife is disabled and in a wheel chair, we felt he went the extra mile to make the process enjoyable.

Asked if we would like a drink on arrival. Offered a pillow to try on the matresses, explained the difference in colours for firm or soft. Polite and professional staff. Well experience. Couldn't have asked for more. Well done to them

Sharon was the lady that dealt with my order and quite a 're the problems with my disability, she could not have been more helpful What a great advert for your company I will certainly be ordering extra items in the next few weeks she is also a great saleswoman Hope the mattress lives up to the build-up.

The staff member who helped us seemed to know her stuff and was very pleasant. I felt as if she explained the whole thing us very well, she was not at all pushy.
