The quality of the products and prices were brilliant. The staff were amazing really helpful, polite and friendly.

Bought two beds & two mattress in the last two years Both times I have been looked after by a lovely guy called Stirling at your Doncaster branch. Genuinely nice helpful guy who knows his job.

The variety of beds gave us the opportunity to try different combinations untill we found the bed that suited our needs best.

Amanda at the Doncaster York Road store dealt with us during our first enquiry visit and luckily when we returned to purchase. Her knowledge of products, her attention to detail, listening to our needs, preferences, likes and dislikes, making suggestions all amazing. Really took time to help us make our decision. Made useful well informed suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Really satisfied with deal and looking forward to receiving our beds.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a drink. They spent time showing us our different options. We didn't feel pressured to buy any particular product, was left to consider what was best for us but didn't feel abandoned.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Store was clean and well laid out with lots of display items to choose from. The beds were very well marked for ease of choosing which style and firmness of mattress.

We were pleased with the assistant who explained about the different types of matresses and the amount of time she spent with us.

Sales assistant was welcoming and friendly introduced herself asked if we needed help and immediately offered us all a drink. She gave advice showed us to several options then stepped away to allow us to browse at our own pace. She returned to see how we were doing and wasn’t pushy- she even showed us a similar but cheaper alternative on the dreams online website. She also added 2 free pillows to our order

Your sales team we're excellent. I explained exactly what I required and they were able to source an item which was perfect. They even managed to get it in the car for me. Excellent service Dreams well done.
