Friendly and knew a lot about the products - no high sales pressure and gave us time to have a good look around

The salesman was very informative and understood totally our needs and his recommendations were not totally based on price but suitability.

I didn't feel pressured at any point. I made 2 visits to the store, upon first visit a colleague offered assistance and advice. I was given a business card and contact details as well as a brochure to take away and allow me more time to consider a purchase. On my second visit, I had decided what bed I liked and was given advice on mattresses and was recommended to try some out for comfort. I was offered a hot drink, which was lovely. The staff were welcoming and steered clear of the 'hard sell' approach that I have experienced at other stores. Amanda was the lady that assisted me from my first visit all the way through to the payment. I was left feeling that my needs were listened to and fully understood and I am confident to contact either Amanda or this store again. The team that were in store on the day I made the purchase, we're down to earth and it was more like discussing with friends rather than a sales team. Brilliant overall. Thank you dreams and I'm looking forward to some sweet Dreams in my new bed. A very happy customer.

friendly and helpful staff, without being too 'in your face', made sure we were happy with the product choosen abd encouraged us to look at a number of mattresses before choosing one. Offered a cuppa several times!

Having been a previous customer I visited the store again to purchase a mattress to replace the once I had previously purchased 8 years ago. Stirling was very friendly and professional and asked what mattress I had previously purchased and was able to recommend suitable alternatives. After trying out a few mattresses and Stirling also supplied a memory foam pillow to make the experience of testing out the various beds for comfort.

Shopping at Dreams was a pleasure the staff were there to help when needed. We were given plenty of time to look around and spend time trying out the merchandise. When we had selected what we wanted the ordering process was quick and easy to understand.

Great place to buy your new bed. Nothing was too much trouble the salesman, he was very knowledgable about the products and no pressure selling, which for me is a must. Very happy with purchase. Salesman Stirling is a credit to your company. Well done Dreams of Doncaster.
