Assistant was very good at explaining the different mattresses and showed me various options. She did not rush me or make me feel pressured at all.

The gentleman who served me was very patient and knowledgeable. He took time to understand what I required. I was also given a coffee while my order was being processed. Would highly recommend this product and company.

Staff were fantastic (especially Stirling) - friendly and patient as we made our decision accompanied by 2 young children. Listened to our needs, understood our budget and went out of his way to give us the best he could for what we wanted to pay. Very personable service and can't wait to receive our purchase

We had a great in-store experience. We weren't aware of the available deals so only went in to browse. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. We took advantage of a deal purchasing a bed and bedside table. The transaction was quick and easy and the delivery options were perfect for us.
