I was highly satisfied because I found it very easy from starting my order to the end at how easy and problem free the process was. Thank you.

We walked in the store to a warm and welcoming Emily from start to finish, I was at ease and guided from bed to bed, mattress to mattress even down to a Spinal alignment pillow to aid in extra comfort in the testing of bed, after suffering a road traffic accident as a third party it has left me with a damaged lower spine which causes daily pain. Emily took the time to listern and ask question about my day to day life and find out about my sleeping positions, so she could guide me towards a bed which would personally suit me better, Emily was always talking between me and my family which made them feel so welcomed and not left out of the whole process. Emily also made a complementry drink while I was trying the different beds. I was so excitied in the end of the whole process as I felt I was at ease and so impressed with Emily the whole time, Emily was carring an Injury with a Broken Ankle not at any point did she push a sale to speed up the process. The process from start to finish was a dream, I thought it was going to be a stressful time. Emily went above and beyond to make today an excellent experience, this is the main reason why I bought the bed today in store from Emily.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. I didn't feel any undue pressure and the staff were very patient and attentive without being overly pushy and gave me the time and space to make my decision when I needed it, while still immediately making themselves available to answer questions etc. when I had them.

WHEN FIRST ENTERED BENSON DREAMS AS COUPLE WE DID NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED FROM A BED, AS SOON AS WE WERE IN THE DOOR STERLING ONE OF YOUR STAFF AS WE FOUND OUT HIS NAME STRAIGHT AWAY HE ASKED ME AND MY WIFE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR WE SAID A BED, HE ASKED DO YOU KNOW WHAT FIRMNESS YOU NEED, I TOLD STERLING I HAD INFIRM HIP , HE THEN PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL EXACTLY ALL THE OPTION TO ME, HE ALSO GAVE HIS MORE EXPERIENCE VIEW. I FORGOT TO SAY AS SOON AS WE WERE IN THE DOOR TALKING STERLING ASKED WOULD LIKE HOT DRINK WHICH WE EXCEPTED. IN ALL VERY SMOOTH NON PROBLEM SALE. J K WILCOX THANK YOU

Julie was very friendly and knowledgeable about both of the beds I was looking at. She made me a cup of coffee and left me to look around. I didn't feel any pressure at all

We were given good information on the bed we required for our requirements without feeling pressured and given time to look around alone.

They listened to what we wanted not like other sales teams in other bed shops

Mr Stirling was very friendly and approachable. He had great knowledge of the products and listened to our needs to make great recommendations. He wasn’t pushy and gave us space until we were ready. All staff at the store were very friendly and polite. I hate shopping but this was a really nice experience. I was recommended to this particular store by a Work colleague and I will definitely be making my own recommendations
