I had taken delivery of a new bed and eve mattress a few weeks ago, the mattress is so comfortable I decided to order an eve mattress for the spare bed that's why I ordered over the phone ,not only was it easy it was in the sale and I got it for over a hundred pounds cheaper .Highly satisfied

We were offered hot and cold beverages on arival. We were made to feel extremely welcome. We felt that comfortable with them that we laid on a variety of mattresses to pick out the one for us, we normaly would feel a bit silly doing this usually. The knowledge on all items were fabulous. Always remained professional but still had a good few giggles. Did us some great deals without us having to force them out, we even got some freebies! Always asked us what WE wanted and not trying to sell us things we didn't want or need. Never felt pressured which made it a lovely experience.

Easy to order and came when expected.

Complete satisfaction. Sharon the assistant, I found very easy to talk to and I was able to specify exactly what I needed.

Our Salesman (Stirling) was Great with us. He was very patient and understanding and gave us great detail about the bed that we where looking at. He was actually a pleasure to deal with. He does credit to Dreams and your Doncaster store.

I had looked on line at the kendall mattress so kind of knew what i needed. I did look at others but came back to the kendall. i orderded the base and a headboard with the assistance of Sharon who was very friendly and even offered me a coffee/tea which was a nice touch. I will be back again to this store....and have told many friends.
