We were welcomed when we entered the shop and asked if we would like some assistance. After discussing our preferences of mattress types we were shown a number of options and then left to try them out for comfort. Whilst we were considering the different products Stirling asked us if we would like a coffee, which was unexpected, but as we were going to be in the store for a while, it was most welcome. For us, comfort and the quality of product was the main priority and the cost of the mattress was secondary. We tried all the mattresses Stirling had recommended and then decided to purchase an Insignia Charnwood 3000. As our current mattress needed replacing and was now going to be used in our spare room we also decided to purchase one of the products that had been returned to store. We are very pleased with both the comfort and the price of that item and it will certainly be appreciated by our future guests. You don't buy too many mattreses, but I can honestly say that on this occasion we found comfort, value for money and an enjoyable shopping experience

From walking into the store I received a warm welcome and was left alone to browse , after selecting the product the salesman dealt with the order with no issues and with a smile !!
