The staff were extremely friendly, made us feel very welcome, great sense of humour - they were really personable. happy with the kids sitting on the beds - and us too. seemed a happy team who were all friendly with each other which is nice to see. a happy 45 mins looking for a bed, highly recommend.

I was highly satisfied because the staff were very friendly knowledgeable about the product and the most important thing which we appreciated was they were not pushy and let you have time to discuss thing alone

I knew what I wanted as I have been looking for some time now, so when we entered the store we explained our needs to the gentleman there. he listens and then asked us a few further questions, which was helpful as it opened up a few different options we had not thought about. He then walked us around four or five different mattresses, explaining the differences and the pros and cons to each one. He then left us alone for a few minutes, in fact, we called him back, which was very nice as there was no hard sell. I asked a few more question and after we selected our mattress we started to discuss the price. Now he could not come down to the price I wanted on our 1st choice but our second choice which was a returned mattress, this was a good deal. I will admit it was the top end of my budget but I do understand I have a great quality product for that cost. I also got a deal on some pillows and a Saturday morning delivery slot. all in all, very good service and the whole team in the store were pleasant and helpful, we even were offered a cup of tea as they processed our order.

Highly satisfied with the amount of knowledge the assistant had about the mattress we wanted to purchase did not push us at anytime unlike other stores to buy left us to decide by ourselves. Let us try different mattresses and sizes, also helped us when it comes to delivery of our bed and mattress advising us of the space which would be needed to deliver meaning that we had to change the mattress to have zips which is something we wouldn’t of thought of extremely helpful.

The operator(Sharon) on the phone was pleasant, informative, friendly and helpful. Just what customer experience is about. Offering product information and delivery options, a great experience.
