I was asked if I needed assistance as soon as i walked in. The staff would have been quite happy for me to have a wander round but then were available as soon as I wanted help.

Assistant was very helpful showed us around the different beds we were interested in and ensured we tested the pillows and beds out. We were offered a drink and kept asking if we were ok or needed further assistance. Good choice of beds and delivery time

Stirling the sales rep was more than accommodating to us while choosing a bed. He gave us lots of advice on which mattress to choose and even entertained our two children whilst myself and my husband picked a bed. Excellent customer service from arrival in store to purchase. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends.
