The assistance i received was next to none. Very understanding and supportive.

All staff friendly shops floor clean offered cup of coffee on arrival staff know all there is to know I dealt with Julie very friendly knowledgeable lady willing to help as much as possible I suffer with fibromyalgia and Julie advises me best she could

We went in with an open mind as we did not really know what we wanted only that we did want a new bed. We had looked in other places and we were just getting ideas. We spoke to Sue (I think that is her name) and she went into detail about the different mattresses and also showed us different beds. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all questions we had. We did buy a bed and mattress and this was mainly due to the help received when we were in the shop. The product was not the cheapest we saw and we did spend more than we were planning but this was due to the excellent service we received.

Not having any knowledge of the particular bed I wanted to purchase I initially wanted to browse to achieve my goal with the intention of shopping at numerous outlets, however after the service I recieved in your store I decided I didn't want to look any further. Marie went above and beyond her role without any pressure in helping me to decide on the perfect bed for me.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the beds and was able to advise on a product that we were not considering. We actually thought that we would order a bed from Bensons.

The sales staff were helpful without being pushy. Assisted where necessary and offered realistic alternatives rather than expensive ones. Also the offer of a cup of coffee was a nice touch.

The whole experience was very satisfying with help available but not too pushy

The assistant did all she could to help and advise on selecting our purchase

Excellent friendly staff made us a coffee while we looked around all very helpful would happily recommend
