We were extremely satisfied with the salesman called Sterling at your Doncaster store. We were also impressed by the machine that checked your posture so as to get the right mattress for you.

Sharon was warm and friendly but not a pushy sales woman, she understood our needs perfectly and gave us time to consider without making us feel pressured.

Emily was really informative not pushy and was happy to take her time with us. She also realised that we needed help.

We needed a new mattress due to experiencing back pain. Lovely lady who helped us, very patient with our two small children - never easy especially when one is a baby and was grumpy most of the time. Gave us great advice, we tried the computer/video bed which could determine which mattress would be better to provide support needed. She helped with baby to allow this. Very friendly and patient and not pushy in slightest. Made the experience enjoyable when I was dreading it

we were not approached straightaway but after a short time ,then Emily left us when she sensed we were not ready for any interaction . We find being descended on a big turn off and has cost other companies a sale in the past. The beds were laid out in an accessible manner and were labelled as to the firmness of the mattress.
