The assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful chatted all the time and made us feel very welcome

Enjoyed the experience of my visit from beginning to end. The staff were very friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and appreciative of our custom. I feel very happy with my purchase at this time and am looking forward to my first nights sleep in my new bed.

The staff were very friendly, approachable and gave excellent advice to both my partner and I. We were even offered a drink! They took the time to listen to our particular needs and requirements before making suggestions. I had spinal surgery 3 years ago which makes sleep difficult for me and I was allowed to try out lots of different mattresses and pillows to aid in my choice. When we made our choice of purchase, the buying process was straight forward and actually came to less than I was expecting. Delivery date was arranged without any fuss. Can't wait now to sleep on a much more comfortable bed and mattress. :o)

The knowledge of Stirling was very good at helping us decide on a new bed. And the mattress to suit you was amazing. The store Was easy to get round and was very clean and organised.

As soon as we entered the store we were acknowledged and advice given. The attention continued during our time in the store making the visit and purchase very pleasurable.

The knowledge and manners displayed by the sales team were quite exemplary. The two staff members I dealt with are a credit to your company and I can't express my thanks enough for the way in which your goods were demonstrated and the sales process completed. A cup of coffee and a biscuit was provided which was also very appreciated at the time. Top marks all round and I'd have no problems whatsoever in recommending the Doncaster store team to any of my friends.

The sales assistant ( Sharon ) was very friendly,helpful and made you at ease.Theres was no hard sale unlike many other places we had been too. Overall we was very happy with our purchase and all other members of DONCASTERS staff.

When we entered the shop we was greeted and asked if we needed help by the assistant (Marie Doncaster store) she wasn’t pushy, we weren’t sure of what kind of bed and mattress we needed so she guided us by us using the sleep match system which was very helpful she offered us refreshments while we looked around the staff put us a offer together.
