Went to Bensons for beds 1st, dreams were way ahead with the knowledge and the professional service we got from the salesman Mr Sterling.

The sales assistant was vEry friendly and professional. He provided useful information without any pressure. The delivery was arranged at a date agreeable to me and I was very happy with the shopping experience as a whole

We were offered coffee whilst we were looking around and placing the order. The assistant was very friendly and wasn't in any way pushy to make a sale. She knew when to offer advise and leave us to look for ourselves and chat to each other before committing to our choice and then helped us get a quick delivery date that suited us.

Staff very friendly.they also had knowledge of products,allowed us to try before we bought the bed, They told us the price of each item and also showed us alternative items,they assisted us to put things together as a complete set one very happy customer

Customer service by Dave and Emily was knowledgeable and friendly, and there was no pressure to buy an item.

We arrived at dreams we were left alone without pressure after a while Dave politely asked if we needed any assistance on what we were looking for. Dave guided us to the mattress machine to see what mattress suited our needs Dave made us feel very welcome and comfortable whilst deciding what we was looking for. End result we bought the perfect bed with the perfect mattress from very polite and friendly staff. We would highly recommend these no pressure involved in any choices we made. 10/10

Staff were extremely helpful in our choice making. Friendly and knowledgeable when explaining the multitudes of different mattresses and which would best suit our needs and budget.

From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted with a friendly smile and helpful staff. We were asked if we knew what we were looking for and helped along the way from choosing the correct product for our needs to paying for goods. The 2 members of staff that assisted us were very knowledgable and we even had a few laughs which was nice as you don't get this kind of service when ordering online
