I got what I wanted easily

Found the mattress they we needed with the help of the store manager who was very helpful.

My Husband and I were given all the highest assistance from the Dreams Sales Person who answered all our questions and queries in a highly professional manner. He was very courteous and understood exactly what our needs were. We will visit again because the attention we received throughout our visit was a memory to behold.

I was not looking forward to looking for a new mattress, but the two men who I dealt with could not have been nicer, making the experience a good one. Looking forward to getting it next week.

The staff were so welcoming and not pushy at all, they were very helpful and friendly.

Emily in Doncaster was great. She delivered excellent service and honestly blew us away with the knowledge she had. She showed us a virtual machine which was amazing and helped us to decide which mattress would suit us. Sharon went over and above to find me the matteress best suited and affordable for me. She was so helpful and friendly and saved me some money . She did not hard sell and try to sell me the most expensive one. Really pleased with the service I received.
