We were greeted in to store by Sharon and she was incredibly helpful and full of advice without pressure. She offered us use of the diagnostic machine to find the best mattress suited to me and my partner prioritising her health needs. She was honest and informative when we were discussing pricing again without pressuring us to buy. When commuting to the purchase Sharon went through the whole order and delivery process, making us aware of all options. Overall fantastic friendly service and we’d definitely return and recommend.

The assistant that dealt with me and my wife was very friendly and displayed a professional attitude to our requests. She was obviously very capable and knowledgeable about her job and put us at ease immediately.

Good first impression when walking into the shop - clean, tidy, attractive stock. Friendly staff - appreciated we were given a little time to walk around and not being "ponced on" as soon as we walked through the door. Sharon - the shop assistant - was friendly, knowledgeable, and introduced us to the sleep assessment machine which we found very useful. The store manager was friendly, the whole place had a relaxed atmosphere. The whole experience was excellent.

Sharon the sales assistant was both polite and knowledgeable but her listening skills impressed me the most. Dave the Store manager had a very nice way about him and assisted to complete the deal. Finally, my wife and I liked the mattress selection technology to help us to understand our needs much better. All that is left is to take delivery of our order on time and in perfect condition.
