The staff member we spoke to Sharon made our experience at dreams friendly not pushy very helpful lady, with a lot of product knowledge.

The salesmen were extremely helpful and obliging. We brought mum here after the excellent service we had received earlier this year at the Doncaster branch when we purchased a bed and 2 mattresses. The service again was excellent the delivery drivers are also brilliant.

Stirling offered excellent support and knowledge, guiding us through the process. Very happy with service and experience. He went extra mile to accomodate our needs and find right bed and mattress package within our budget and needs.

I found the customer service in store to be hugely helpful & attentive to our requirements. Our sales lady listened to exactly what we required from a bed and a mattress and helped us achieve what we desired. We were very pleased with the whole process from going into the store to our bed being delivered.

fabulous staff, making the shopping experience very enjoyable and came away with a fantastic mattress at a fantastic price. Sharon our assistant was wonderful, had great knowledge of what we wanted and also great cup of coffee. received the mattress within a week and the delivery staff could not be faulted, bright and cheerful, shoes straight off mattress in place in no time. cannot fault the overall experience and will be recommending to friends and family
