Absolutely amazing team of people in stote i did not feel under pressure and felt really welcome and my children normally make it really difficult to shop but the staff was really good and was chatting to them which made it alot easier

I had looked online at options but realised I needed to look and try the quality and firmness of the mattress. once instore the assistance took me through what I had seen and recommended try the mattress tester which I am glad as the one I was about to buy online was not right for my needs therefore guided me to options of the ones recommend. the assistance did not pressure me at all but help with all my questions and needs. even got a cup of coffee. highly recommend York road Doncaster Dreams store a big thank you to Emily

Mr Stirling was very helpful remember me & wife from last time with they went through all the choices he provide me with all the information on the different types of mattresses different prices also about the forces discount which was good of him I was very satisfied .

The minute I walked into the store Stirling asked me if he could help, I am pleased to say he did, he was extremely knowledgeable on every question I put to him. I find it's very rare these days to get this level of customer service. All in all I am very satisfied with my experience.

The member of staff who assisted me was very polite , helpful and knowledgable. He understood the price range I could afford and did his very best to find me a product suitable. The range of products and quality was good.

The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable about the products and assisted me with the machine for seeking pressure points. He was not at all pushy like you often find when you walk in these kind of stores. He listened to my requirements and answered my questions honestly and in detail. The product I’ve purchased is handmade in Leeds which I am very pleased about rather than a bulk bought product. I made it clear that finding the right product was very important as my current mattress is causing issues with back pain.

Emily was very knowledgable nothing was to much trouble and really made the purchase easy for us.
