Despite the store being quiet, we still got left to initially browse without being pounced on like a lot of retail stores do. When Sharon approached us, she kindly offered us tea and coffee and a go on the machine that helped us decide on which mattress was best for us. Thanks to great friendly customer service, which seems to unfortunately to be a dying art, we went ahead and ordered our new bed and mattress. The team we met, including the store manager, where nothing short of fantastic and an asset to Dreams.

Visited the Doncaster branch today and was served by Emily she was really lovely explained everything step by step and was very helpful

In sterling introduced us to the bed tester, then we were shown and tested various beds, the range of beds were plenty. Nothing was too much trouble, overall a comfortable experience.

From start to finish had helpful friendly service

Excellent knowledge of items, happy to answer questions, very friendly and a nice cup of tea.

I liked the computerised bed that shows you the suitable matteress as I wasn't sure what I wanted, and I was left alone whilst on it. Also was given a good choice of pillows to try by the salesman. The process was quick and easy.

The assistance we received took all the hassle out of choosing the right bed to meet our needs. The salesman was very friendly not pushy gave us time to think and explained all our options without pushing anything on us.
