the customer servers was very good and the service I received was very good

the staff were excellen there knowledge out standing and we got the bed of are dreams

The staff remembered is and what we had discussed last visit They had good product knowledge and were very helpfull

We felt very welcome and got on well with the shop assistants 😁

I enjoyed my visit and the staff were very friendly it is my 3rd visit to dreams I've bought all my beds from this branch in Doncaster

My husband and I had come into the Doncaster store looking for a single mattress for my 2 year old child. Charlotte found a bed she liked and Emily (she is a credit to your store!) helped Charlotte into the bed, covered her up and let her play pretend sleeping and spoke to her as much as she did us. We had previously been to another bed shop who had told Charlotte off for laying on a bed with her shoes on, this lack of understanding and compassion for a toddler did not go down well. Emily them carefully explained how a mattress protector was £25 however if we purchased the accidental damaged cover for £25 we would receive a free protector and also be covered if Charlotte wet the bed during toilet training. Throughout this conversation Emily spoke to Charlotte and made myself and my husband feel very valued customers. Emily understood that we wanted to shop around and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We quickly returned back and purchased the mattress. Emily is a brilliant member of the Dreams company and should be celebrated as such.
