Sharon was so warm and friendly. She guided me through the whole experience and made me feel so comfortable. She also showed me the clearance items that would match my needs, so I never felt pushed into buying the top price item. I was given a coffee and made to feel like I could take my time. As a woman moving to the area alone, someone being so caring made all the difference.

Staff member Sterling was most helpful and made excellent suggestions for the product we were wanting he went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements

The staff were polite and highly knowledgeable, we used the instore mattress identifier which reduced the amount of mattresses that we needed to look at/test. This mean't that we could discuss our options easier and quicker with the sales person. We didn't buy straight away, we went to another store to see what was available and compare prices. The experience at the other store was less than satisfactory and the staff seamed less interested in sorting out a suitable bed. Even though we could have bought a cheaper bed at the other store the experience we received instore and the quality of the product were the deciding factors

Professional friendly informative

From the moment we walked through the door we could not have wished for better treatment from your store. We were unsure exactly what we needed because of health problems but a lovely lady called Sharon came to our assistance and was very knowledgeable and professional while also putting us at ease. Sharon listened carefully while we explained our needs placed us on the bed which showed would be the best options for us. We were extremely pleased with results. Sharon showed us a few different options and pleased to say we found exactly what we wanted. People like Sharon are an asset to Dreams she really cared and nothing was too much trouble to her . If it’s possible to praise this lady on our behalf please do so. More stores need people like Sharon
