Friendly staff good product knowledge

The sales assistant was very helpful and patient until we were satisfied we had picked the right mattress which suited both my wife and myself. There was no hard sell, just prompting suitable mattresses with the aid of the machine which we tried and it identified which mattres would be more suitable, this was particularly usefull.

The staff were brilliant.They took the time to answer all our questions and gave us some really useful advice. The gentleman who served us [Dave] was both polite and helpful and is a Credit to your company.
