Employee made it nice and easy for us to make a decision and was very easy to talk to.

Friendly, nothing was too much trouble, tried many different mattresses including going back to the one chosen many times.

I had been to several previous bed shops and the assistance received did not help in what I needed. However on visiting your store in Doncaster. Your assistant was very pleasant and took her time to assist me and listened to my requirements and also did the mattered test to ensure the mattress I picked was suitable to my needs. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but the assistant of the store made the sale. Thank you so much for helping me with this purchase.

The range of mattresses has wildly broadened since last purchasing a mattress so the advice given by the store colleague was very helpful without being too pressurised.

We needed a mattress that was suitable for both mine and my husbands needs, we were shown the beds that works out what type of mattress was best for us and after inputting our data and laying on the bed a print out was available suggesting what was right for us, this made things much easier than having to try out every mattress in the store.

A guy called Stirling approached me as I entered the store asking if I needed any assistance. I did need help choosing the right mattress, I tried the computerised bed that takes measurements etc. Stirling was very knowledgeable and guided me to the most suitable mattress for our needs. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and also their professionalism. I also purchased a divan bed and headboard. I will, over the coming months require a few more mattresses and I will definitely be using this store again.

I had previously been to the Dreams Doncaster North Bridge store last year and bought my mum a bed. I had remembered that we had great service and her bed was super comfy. I am from Doncaster but live in London and wanted to buy from a Yorkshire bed firm and shop at a Yorkshire bed shop to support northern business! The staff are so friendly and super knowledgeable about different types of beds and I loved that they explained they had visited the factory and seen them making these mattresses It showed me that the manufacturer and the sales team actually care and understand what they are selling the customer. Thank you so much for such a great customer experience.
