Extremely friendly staff who were readily available without crowding you or putting you under pressure. Narrowing down mattress selection was easy with the body assessment machine. Ordering and finance was arranged quickly and easily.

Friendly staff, took the time to make sure you made the right decision. Staff had patience and understanding not too pressuring, friendly and very useful.

My mum and I were looking for a mattress and Sharon (Doncaster store North Road) asked us if we needed assistance - with the 'find your mattress' test she suggested we use, the number of mattresses to decide from became a lot more bearable. We eventually bought one in the clearance which was great value for money, and we even had a pillow given to us on a deal. Lovely woman, great store experience

From start to finish so helpful but not pushy in the slightest. Offered us all a cuppa soon as we arrived at the store and made us feel realy welcome. The staff were great and the store manager a realy top bloke who went out his way to help us get all we needed.

We visited Dreams Doncaster to look at mattresses. On entrance we were greeted by a male sales consultant and offered the chance of using the mattresses identifying machine when it was free. Meanwhile we browsed and tried a few mattresses. We were then approached by Emily who then explained what the machine did, she offered us a drink and then once the machine was free we used it. Emily then used the printout and explained each mattress in depth so that we knew exactly what we were trying. She also recommended alternative mattresses. Emily soon identified my reluctance to spend the amount on the mattress my husband had chosen and in a manner without pressure selling had convinced me it was the right one. The purchasing process was quick and simple and a delivery slot was agreed. I felt incredibly impressed with Emily’s demeaner, product knowledge and professionalism. She was a joy to be served by. Delivery was as explained, on time and well performed. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Emily who helped us was excellent. Really friendly and helpful; happy to spend time with us to help us choose.

Approached immediately we entered. Shown what we were looking for and given appropriate advice. A very satisfying experience.
