Stirling, the sales rep that served us, was extremely friendly and did not push any products onto us, he just told us which mattresses would best suit our needs due to our sleep analysis reading.

From walking in the shop assistant was there to help me. She greeted us and enquires about what we were after and informed us about how she could help. When showing us the sleep match system, she made drinks for us and then showed us some of the recommendations. She provided pillows to use when trying the mattresses and gave us the ones we wanted most, and accommodated is when we wanted to keep switching backwards and forwards between beds trying to decide what we preferred. The store manager was very friendly and wanted to have a conversation with us about unrelated topics to the sale of the mattress and overall all the staff were just great at making us feel welcome while not being too pushy.

The lady was very professional. Always smiling and gave us one of the best experiences when visiting a retail. Her knowledge of products was great and she answered all our questions. She went above and beyond and even when the technology failed she apologised and carried on whilst others would have floundered.
