Sharon was extremely helpful, friendly and gave carefully considered to our needs. She spent time with our family looking for a new bed in the master bedroom and a mattress for our sons box bed, which clearly showed her knowledge to matching the right bed for our family. I didn't feel pressured to buy at any point, which is why I would happily go back and see Sharon again.

The shop assistant was very helpful but not too pushy and the availability of the sleep assessment was ideal for our needs.

The sales person (Julie) was really friendly. We had no idea what we were looking for, she led us through the process, including the bed selector, which was really great. We had no intended to purchase on this date, however, due to her expertise and attention to detail we decided to purchase. We were shown a large selection of beds and made a decision to purchase. It was really easy from start to finish and Julie was very helpful throughout.

The lady helped me and my husband with the specifications on the bed we wanted, helped us with the pillows that were on offer, and even got us to try the bed where it scans you to understand what type of mattress we needed, which came up firm due to our back problems.
