From the moment we walked in we were treated extremely welcome.The staff member, Stirling, made every effort to help is choose the right bed subject to our individual needs, especially as my wife is disabled and many stores do not make any extra effort to accommodate her and her scooter. We were offered drinks to help us feel comfortable whilst making our choice from the large stock available. We found the Sleep Station mattress tester extremely helpful in choosing the right mattress for us. Stirling went to great lengths to help us decide on the right bed and mattress. Although the price paid was high we felt we were buying quality and investing in a good nights restful sleep for years to come. What price comfort. Stirling explained the guarantees and we feel assured we are covered for any eventuality. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the purchase of our bed and will reccommend Dreams to others.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Just making basic conversation was easy and ended up with me saving 10% when I mentioned I was in the forces. Great service and especially by the man who served me (Stirling I think).

I was greeted as I entered the store and after explaining what I was looking for I was offered a drink whilst I used the machine to analyse which mattress I required. We saw stirling at the doncaster branch, we are on our 5th mattress this year from buying the wrong types online, he was so friendly, showed us the machine, helped us pick the right mattress, gave us a discount on some pillows, even kept our baby entertained while we tried out mattresses. I even thanked him for the experience as we left as he made it fun and enjoyable while it was an exercise i had been dreading!

Walking into the store I was immediately greeted by Julie, who knew who I was and why I had made the appointment. She then made me a hot drink and after a brief chat she directed me to the SleepMatch machine. The mattresses suggested by SleepMatch were absolutely brilliant. I found my perfect match and thanks to 0% finance over 20 months the cost of the mattress wasn't an issue, allowing me to have the perfect mattress.

Julie was fantastic, put us, on the machine then shown us around to mattresses that were best for us while also giving more knowledge around them. Very helpful. If it was, not for Julie I would of purchased via the internet
