Fantastic customer service from your Doncaster branch. I placed the order Saturday, then the next day had to adjust the order. Nothing was too much trouble and the sales man was brilliant.

Stirling the shop assistant spent a great deal of time talking us through options, left us to think about it and then came back to us when we were ready. He was friendly and helpful and showed interest in our daughter who can be quite demanding of attention.

A good varied range of bed bases and mattresses, plenty of options for what we were looking for. Very friendly staff, very approachable without being pushy. WE left after our first visit because we hadn't looked elsewhere and didn't want to jump into quick design but went back 2 days later and had another look and ordered.

Really enjoyed the whole in store experience - We tried the the sleep machine which was great and Sharon went through the choices of mattresses and we are happy with our purchase of our new bed. Good price and quality and my Husband loved his coffee. Sweet Dreams await us zzzzz Keep up the excellent service.

Very friendly and informative staff. Approached us without being "pushy" and gave us lots of time to try out a variety of beds. This is our second purchase from Dreams and we wouldn't go elsewhere. They have a budget to suit all people!
