Sharon from the Doncaster Dreams store was very patient and gave us plenty of availability of products to choose exactly which one suited our needs the most. She also did not put an pressure on us to make a sale.

Assistant was friendly and helpful without being at all pushy.

Good friendly service from all of the staff involved in our sale, Stirling, Dave and Emily. everyone there were friendly and happy. Store was clean and warm. Merchandise was clean and immaculate condition for show beds. Service was speedy and efficient.

Did not really no what bed we wanted until we tried the beds you selected for us with loads of help and advise from your very friendly staff. Felt very at ease and not pressured into buying anything we did not want. A pleasant experience and not a chore as I’m not a big fan of shopping.

From the moment I entered the Doncaster Store I knew I had come to the roght place. Sharon was fantastic, understood my circumstances and budget constraints and went out of her way to try and help. No pressure sell and a lovely cup of tea in a proper mug..what more could you want. I look forward to receiving my bed and mattress in a few days time. Will definitely use again.

The customer service was excellent from the manager to the young woman who checked us out. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
