Dreams - Doncaster

When we visited the Doncaster branch I was assisted by Stirling and Dave and shown the machine which recommends you a mattress type. Both of them pointed us in the direction of mattresses that suited and fit our budget. We managed to walk away with a mattress that was worth 3 times our budget but by only spending the amount we budgeted. Have recommended people to go and ask for Dave or Stirling!

Because I wasn't pressured. I hate going into shops and get hounded by the sales person, it makes me want to walk straight out. The guy came up to me offered me a drink asked what I was looking for, talked me through the beds. Then left me to make my own decision, which made me very happy

The female assistant was excellent, thorough, very pleasant and informative. She was quick efficient and knowledgeable

The customer service was superb. We were asked if we needed any help whilst browsing, but then left to look round without someone trailing behind us. If we had a question, then the staff were very willing to help and really showed their knowledge. They were great at signposting and making suggestions, but never pushy in what they were doing. The store was well laid out and it was easy to see each mattress/bed cost and how firm, or otherwise, the mattress is. We were invited to try out different mattresses and the staff took the time find out what we were looking for. Loved the offer of a drink and appreciated the lovely coffee. There was even a juice option for our children! Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. When we rang later with a query, again the staff were so helpful and never made us feel that our question was ridiculous. Felt very looked after and appreciated as a customer, but without the pushy sales technique.

From walking through the door to leaving the experience of buying the mattress was a smooth and enjoyable one. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We used the sleep master machine so we were able to pick the right mattress that suited us both without no disagreeing.

I have rated my recent visit to the store because the assistant was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and she helped us find the right mattress for us. We were also offered a drink while we shopped which is a nice touch. All in all a nice shopping experience
