From the moment me and my wife entered the shop the Service was a+ and being that both me and my wife are visually impaired we got a Service that Hidy met our needs, guiding us around, showing us all we wanted to look at and what was tailored to our needs and explaining everything, we felt really comfortable with how we was treated and felt the Service was perfect and didn’t feel hampered by our disability. The service I received was second to none. The sales assistant was great, I was put on the bed which assesses what is best for me and the assistant showed me every bed that was suitable for me. I was not pressured into anything and given as much time as I required to make my choice. He explained everything about every bed I tried he was brilliant.

We were Very Highly Satisfied from entering Store. Assistant Stirling gave Myself and my Wife a warm welcome and asked if we knew what we were looking for. As we weren't sure we were shown a converter matress which would calculate Suitable Matresses. We we then shown by Stirling Matresses. We both liked the Baleric K King size which was Very Comfortable and Very Good Price also purchasing bed topper. On finalising Paperwork and payment Stirling offered us Both a Drink which was accepted with thanks.Overall we Both were Highly satisfied with our Purchases and Hospitality. Thank you Dreams.

From stepping into your Doncaster store we was greeted by Sharon one of the sales team, her product knowledge was second to none, her patient with all my questions again second to none, we had a very knowledgable visit and came away very satisfied, Sharon was a true and professional person and I would recommend her to anyone. Ps, she even made us coffee.

We were engaged in a polite, professional and very helpful manner by the members of staff in the store. They directed myself and my wife to the mattress testing machine to answer a long standing question we had regarding which mattress firmness we should select. They then highlighted various offers that were on that weekend with regards to the different products on offer for sale to allow us to make an informed purchase decision.

Both my partner and I were see by Sharon who put my partner streight onto the dream bed machine to see exactly what type of mattress he required and after analysis showed us the most suitable mattress’s and those which were reduced as well. We purchased one and was highly delighted with the price etc and were offered a hot drink whilst completing our purchase.
