Staff very helpful and obliging couldn’t do enough for us

I didn't buy the bed I wanted online as when I saw it in the shop it was not suitable, a better and slightly dearer one was shown to me, reduced in price and given matching pillows and also helped to load it. I received above average service and it was greatly appreciated.

Staff where friendly and welcoming. They really cared in which is the best mattress we would like and what is the best for us.

On arrival in store we were greeted by two very pleasant and well mannered ladies. Explained what it was we needed and was shown some choices that would be best suited for our needs. They were both very quick and professional and made sure that we were happy & satisfied with our choice and delivery time.

Friendly staff not over pushy but there to help. Plenty of choice nice friendly atmosphere. We were served by sterling he was really helpful

We told the man what we wanted and he was very helpful and showed us a couple of beds to what we wanted

We went in just to get an idea about the kind of mattress we might need but the assistance we received was just right - not too much and not too pushy. We were left to try and make decisions without hassle. Hope the rest of the process and mattress quality is as satisfactory never having bought from Dreams before

I knew what a did not want as we entered the store. We were not pounced on when entering. The assistant (Stirling) listened was patient and knowledgeable.The questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction and without hesitation. Offered refreshment again indicated to me that there was no rush and to take our time. I was impressed with the technology and on trying the beds was agreed with this assessment. Staff friendly. My partner and myself entered the store and was welcomed by a frendly staff member, We were given the option to try the matteress Match and as a result we were shown and tried several items untill we found the ideal item and as a result we will have our item in 2 weeks.
