Dreams - Doncaster

The two colleagues on duty were very attentive and helpful. They offered genuine advise and did not rush the process, taking time to listen to and understand our situation. Store was immaculate, well presented, and unique with its sleep science technology booth. Great customer service with multiple options / dates offered for delivery. The products in store were of great quality and trying out the mattresses to find our preference was also enjoyable.

We came to Dreams because it is our "go to" - all our beds and mattresses have been purchased at Dreams because of the choice, the store layout and the quality - but most of all because of the staff. Your Colleagues are amazing, initially 8 years ago we dealt with Kevin at the Doncaster York Road store and he was amazing, then twice since, including this visit we were aided by Stirling at the same Doncaster York Road store. Every time we have visited we have been given excellent and useful advice, we have been shown which choices relate to our specific needs and the range of colours available in these items. We feel very "at home" with your colleagues as they give advice according to their own experiences or those of other anonymous customers - they do not rely on the description from a product advertisement but actually know and understand their stock which is a great confidence boost to us as customers. We will continue to return whenever new items are required and for this Dreams is our only choice.

We'd been to several bed shops in the area and found firstly that the staff were immediately welcoming and friendly, whey were very helpful without being pushy. They listened to our needs and then directed us to the right area our requirements were in. Excellent customer service.

We were not rushed, the salesman was lovely ant patient with us trying all the beds , we were offered a drink and he was very friendly without being pushy. Not worried about going into store for a browse again. Happy with our purchase .

The customer advisor was more than helpful in assisting me,, I had a very good experience of sampling the machine that aids in what kind of mattress one needs especially if one as a bad back,this guided me to the mattress I needed for my bad back. Since I have had my mattress I have slept so good and have no problems with my bulging disc. Thank you to the 2 gentleman in Doncaster for giving me a professional and customer service experience highly recommended.

We went to dreams yesterday as we needed to purchase new mattresses and a bed due to a house fire sterling and Dave we’re absolutely fantastic they offered us a drink and were so helpful and empathetic they got is everything we needed and at an amazing price they couldn’t have done enough for us they really are a credit to the dreams company they went the extra mile
