Highly knowledgeable staff, nothing to much trouble, nice cup of tea, patience considering work being done next door, excess noise

We were served/ looked after by Sharon, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned about getting us the right mattress, she also showed lots of patience while my disabled wife negotiated the store on her mobility scooter, to try out the different matresses. We have shopped at Dreams before and although we havent taken delivery of our new mattress yet, we will certainly shop here again.

We visited dreams in doncaster to purchase a new mattress.We were served by Sharon. My husband had recently come out of hospital and nothing was too much trouble. Sharon was very patient and very helpful. We tried quite a few mattresses before choosing one. We didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. We have taken delivery of our mattress today. So hopefully we sleep well tonight 😴

The lady looking after me was amazing very polite and Helpful very accommodating to what I wanted

The sales team were very attentive and lots of advice to choose the correct mattress for our needs. Also making an excellent cup of tea helped too

The staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived and left us to peruse at our own speed without being intrusive and when we required information and assistance they were most informative.
