Ceylan was the lady who served us, great experience inlay buying our first bed. Having it delivered this week which is earlier than we ever expected.

Normally shop in store closer to home, but Saturday I was out shopping with my friends and we popped into Edmonton Green shop. The lady Cathy was very polite and sold the product to me, it was only because I didn't know measurements that I couldn't make a purchase on the weekend. I came back before the sale ended and went back to Cathy as she is the lady who sold it to me.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT BEKELE WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THIS AND MY LAST VISIT TO THE EDMONTON STORE. HE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ABOUT CHOOSING THE RIGHT PILLOW. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT HE WAS SELLING AND FOR ME THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT AND WHAT I EXPECT WHEN I ENTER A STORE TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT.

Because we find everything we need four our house in very short time. Thank you.

We walked in and was just looking around for inspiration. The staff were moving beds and stopped as soon as we walked in to speak with us. We did not plan to walk out having purchased a new t.v bed! Great sales person. Thank you Cathy, we will return!

Both the saleslady who served me and the other lady (who I assume is the branch manager; apologies, I don't remember their names) were extremely helpful. I came in with a muddled idea of what I wanted but they were patient and very knowledgeable helping my wife and I to narrow down our requirements then authorising a discount to match a deal available elsewhere to secure the sale. By this time the shop was closing but they stayed behind to process the sale, including setting up a finance arrangement, which took them over half an hour past closing. Despite the late finish they came across as genuinely happy to help.

Very friendly staff greets u with a big smile and highly professional with their work I will recommend every one to visit the store .

Really nice shop. Staff were all very welcoming. Deniz made sure we got everything we asked for (including fantastic price) she went through finance making sure we understood payment plan
