Because the staff were very friendly and inviting and they understood my needs and saw things from the customers point of view and I felt at home in the store which made my decision to purchase something easier

Jay was very good at making sure I had everything I needed. She told me I could get 30% off all my new bedding, the wife was very happy. I also got new pillows and a new duvet and when I thought I had finished, her manager cathy then showed me some matching leather bedside tables, buy one get one free!! How could I refuse. The sale was very quick and I had a lovely coffee with the manager while everything was finalised. Brilliant!

I was highly satisfied with my experience on my recent visit to dreams. Products selected was within my budget. Sale assistant Deniz was very patient and understanding. She has knowledge of products and was able to assist me in choices of headboard.. I preferred products from dreams as I used them before.

This is the first time I've used dreams . I was very satisfied with the staff in your store. Also service from your delivery staff.. They were very helpful and friendly. I would use your products in the future.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and attentive. She understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me a few different bed frames and discussed the pro's and con's of each. She was friendly and helpful.

Cathleen was noting short of excellent: she greeted me with a smile and was very engaging. She guided me through what I required and helped me choose my bed, mattress, pillows and covers and was very knowledgeable. She is a credit to Dreams

I went in, I was given time to wander, sit, bounce and lay!! Then, when I got up and walked towards the desk, I was greeted by an assistant who was pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted, who it was for and my price range and 10 minutes later I was placing an order. Yes, it was over my price range, yes, he couldve thrown in a freebie but I wanted quality and with Dreams, I know I'm getting that.

The manager greeted me nicely as soon as I steppedal into the shop and she asked her colleague to assist me which she served me in a very friendly manner. She also explained stuff that I did not understand to me very well. I did not have in mind to purchase insurance with the mattress I bought but she explained it to me and I was convinced enough so I bought it. Over all I was extremely satisfied with the whole transaction.

Sales man was very informed of the product and convinced me to buy. I just popped in the store on my way from ASDA. Because of his well informed and good customer service I bought the bed which I wanted all along. Greet Man!!
