Dreams - Edmonton

I bought our mattress from the Edmonton Branch. The sales assitant, Deniz and her fellow colleagues were extremely helpful. We received our mattress today, and the guys (Will and Nathaniel) who delivered our mattress were communicative at the right times, and the ease at which they entered our flat, replaced our mattress and took away the old one was done was so convenient for us - exceptional service indeed.

Jay was lovely, I had a budget in mind and knew exactly what I wanted. The price was slightly more than i expected. Really happy with the bedcover 8 years peace of mind. Cathy was wonderful in the sale, assured me that if I found the product cheaper Dreams would refund the differernce plus. My husband try's to find the best price, so this meant I could order straight away with no concerns. Feel really good about my purchase today. What a dream team down in Edmonton, thank you ladies!

Cathy and Jay were very nice. Good customer service, even though price was a little out of our budget, we were convinced that we r getting quality.

Excellent service offered a pillow loved it ended up buying it, lovely coffee as well best service in the morning, Cathy spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out the right mattress for me. Amazing team at Edmonton. Would recommend to all friends and family.. Very pleased!

The service was 5 star from rejwan. We went to a different dreams store but service wasn't so good. But very happy and was offered tea and given great deal

Very happy with my shop today. Manager is very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Very lovely to shop around and she was keeping children entertained with TV on the wall . Very nice lady which is why we buy today from her.

I was greeted kindly by Cathy as soon as I entered the store. She was extremely helpful in helping me find a suitable mattress and within my price range. I did not feel pressured at any point to make a purchase and felt all members of staff on the shop floor were kind and helpful towards me and were able to answer all my questions.

The service I received from the staff was excellent. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the products. They were able to match the produce to my needs, it was almost bespoke in a way. I even got coffee and an offer to get some sleep! Which was why I needed a new bed set, as I was developing back problems and lack of sleep. Thank you, dream team!
