I recently visited your Dreams branch in Edmonton on Saturday 29th October. The gentleman that served me was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me on all aspects of buying a bed but was not pushy and gave excellent customer service. His colleague offered to make us a hot drink as it was quite cold outside and my daughter was chuffed to bits that he came out with two of the best hot chocolate drinks ever!! I would like to pass on my special thanks to both of these gentlemen for their patience, good humour and excellent customer service, and I would definately recommend Dreams, as I had also been doing the rounds and visited other bed shops but quite frankly was put off by the attitude of the staff and lack of service I received, compared to the service I received at Dreams.

The guys who delivered the bed were very polite and asked where to place the bed, and they even placed in my bedroom which was upstairs.

The associate Jay was so helpful and also very knowledgeable on the products available as was the store manager Eugene

The service was excellent, the lady that advised us on our mattress really knew her stuff. She was very helpful when we selected pillows for our children to.

When i arrieved i was greeted well and the colleagues were very nice and helpful. They both informed me that the bed would be hand made an may take a few weeks, which i didnt mind. She then went through the order process on the pc quickly and made sure that i understood the terms and conditions. I would most likely return again if I need to get a new bed or something for the bed.
