Upon arriving at the store we were greeted and assisted straight away. There was sanitizer, gloves and masks available. Our questions were answered thoroughly and used the sleepmatch test which the results was explained properly by Nafisia. She then showed us the mattresses that would be suit us, providing us with protective equipment to test the mattresses as well. We tested pillows best to suit us as well and the protective equipment was provided to us too. We found the right mattress and bed frame for us with great help from Nafisia. We needed a new duvet, mattress protector to fit the new size of the bed and she helped us match the right ones for us. Overall the experience was a joy during this crazy/strange time that we are facing. All store colleagues were helpful, friendly and guiding us through the new rules for social distancing in the store and the measures they are using to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Would strongly recommend Dreams for anyone looking for a new bed like we were.

Robert was very friendly and not pushy in slightest. It made the buying experience far more genuine and considering the store was so empty it could have been a lot more awkward
