Marius at the Cambridge store was highly knowledgeable, attentive and informative. He talked us through buying our first mattress, the different options available and suggested we used machine to see what mattress would suit us best, it felt like a very bespoke service! Dreams was the third bed store we visited that day and was by far the best. We are extremely happy with the product and service and would highly recommend it to our friends. thank you so much Marius.

Ross the sales assistant met us at the door and greeted me and my 91 year old father explained the social distancing for the store and provided my father with a face mask. Then took us to the machine that assesses what mattress you need and then took us to the ones recommended and explained everything to my father very well and my self very well allowing us time to go back to check one with another. Ross also took the time to explain all the ins and out of the delivery and the extended guarantee available on each mattress he offered us a drink whilst he did all the invoice / ordering and payment details. So overall very impressed with the professionalism of Ross over all and will recommend friends to visit the store if they require a new mattress or bed.
