I visited the store twice and the customer service was excellent. Ross helped me find the best mattress for my needs.

The store assistant Edward was very helpful in the selection process. He attentively listened, and patiently waited for us to make a choice. He even demonstrated the differnce between different products.

Great customer service from staff, who were informative and attentive without being pushy and overbearing. Loved the bed scanner info which suggested beds we would like, and it was right!

The customer service was just right, not pushy, introduced themselves and said they would be available when I was ready. Hate being pounced on as soon as you walk through the door, this I'm pleased to say did not happen.

Matthew was very friendly from the beginning. We built a lovely report with him and made us feel very comfortable in store. Lots of knowledge on all products and questions we asked

All good apart from quoted delivery times (54 days for the mattress and ottoman delivery). We managed to try different mattresses and there was a good selection of bed frames / ottomans, too, to see at the store, but the one we liked just did not have the colour we were looking for, which wasn't a huge problem. Staff especially Ross was very helpful. This was my second visit (the first one was alone, second was with my wife who we wanted to also try/see the options), and Ross recognised me from my first visit which was one month after the first visit. Liked the fact that we were given two free pillows with the mattress as part of a deal. We were also given the flexibility of cancelling our collection / recycling request for our old mattress and ottoman in case we decide to recycle them ourselves or sell them. Overall very pleased, and will be super pleased once the ordered items arrive and when they improve our sleep quality and reduce back & neck pain.

I felt that Matthew who served us was knowledgeable on the product, he was never pushy left us to make our own decisions and made buying a new bed and mattress an enjoyable experience.
