When we first arrived we were greeted by Nick a relatively new member of staff he was very polite and asked us for our requirements, he was very informative on the products .Well done

When we arrived at the store we were a little overwhelmed by the choice of mattresses available but the member of staff who greeted us was really helpful and explained the difference between mattresses and the benefits of each type. He then explained the bed matcher machine and helped us establish which mattress choices were best for us, once he had done that he patiently showed us each one in turn and was great at explaining the difference between our final 2 so we could get the perfect mattress for us. As this was our first major purchase since our marriage on 6th November 2021 we really appreciated all of his help. He was very pleasant and helpful, and added the personal touch by making us a cuppa…which was great!
