I choose the mattress based on the advertised price but was then told that I had to pay extra for delivery, I then offered to collect the item from the store but was told that collection was not available!!! Therefore in my opinion , the advertised price should have included the cost of delivery as otherwise it's false advertising!!!

One of the people who helped was really good and understood my needs. Wasn't too pushy and after explaining everything left me to look in my own time. The second person who helped after that was a bit too pushy when taking my order and was really trying to get me to take the insurance after I explained my reasons for not doing so. He also seemed new and didn't really know what offers he was authorised to give me. As an example he offered me £20 off and then only took £15 and said he needed authorisation for any more. He also exaggerated the cost/ value of the "free" matress protector I'd have got with the insurance. The nearest available delivery date was 2 1/2 weeks away. If I'd have ordered from an online store I could get delivery a lot quicker. I decided to place the order with you purely because it was on sale and the first salesman was so helpful and I felt he deserved the sale. If it wasn't for these factors I'd have ordered from an online store.

The 'experience' was fine. I went into a shop knowing what I wanted and bought it. The staff did their jobs.

I have previously bought a very expensive mattress from you and was happy, but having bought my daughter a bed in early August, I have still heard nothing regarding delivery, and was told at purchase delivery wouldn't be long. Presumably to get the sale as I wanted to buy something there and then and would have gone elsewhere to find a bed with faster delivery. Highly dissatisfied. Teenager has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

I have previously bought a very expensive mattress from you and was happy, but having bought my daughter a bed in early August, I have still heard nothing regarding delivery, and was told at purchase delivery wouldn't be long. Presumably to get the sale as I wanted to buy something there and then and would have gone elsewhere to find a bed with faster delivery. Highly dissatisfied. Teenager has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

The assistant who helped us didn't explain all of the available options, we had to ask a lot of questions to find out what is available for us. It didn't feel they wanted to sell us anything.

Your staff made my uncle very distressed by not allowing him to buy a intex mattress because he didn’t have a email address or telephone number he is not well anyway I had to go into store and purchase the product for him and I requested that I did not want to give my email address and told if I didn’t I couldn’t be supplied the product what a stupid process and now dreams are constantly spamming my email and like I said the distress you put my uncle in he was almost crying when he came home

The bed I wanted was not available for a Saturday delivery until May which was too long. In order to meet my budget and take advantage of the discount I was forced to buy a more expensive bed that could be delivered sooner with no offer of a discount
