Not totally sure I’ve bought what I requested Hyde & sleep mint mattress sold to us, was told This was exactly the same orange just rebranding?? I know find out Orange is firm mint is medium to firm ?? Will find out once mattress is full in shape Would of been good idea to let us know how long we need to wait for mattress to take to return to full shape

We were ignored by the staff until they saw I had my purse out and was wanting to actually place an order however even at the point when we were acknowledged the member of staff was blunt and it was quite clear he didn't want to serve us.

The day after I placed my order I decided to cancel the request to recycle our old mattress. It took 2 phonecalls and 2 visits to the shop before the cancellation was processed and the fee reimbursed.
