I was disappointed to be told after the order had been made out that there was a £39 delivery charge. Having spent £1200 on a divan base, mattress and headboard it would have been excellent customer service to be told the delivery was free. In addition I was then asked if I wanted to purchase for an additional charge of £39.98 extended warranty, the first year running concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty and to my mind negating the need for it. This selling technique which comes at the end of the order placement puts the buyer in an uncomfortable position.

There were no special price for king size bed. The delivery charge was very high.

Nothing crucial, but we had to wait while the collaborator was discussing with other customers. Maybe, you might consider having another employee to support during high sales periods (like Sales)...

On our previous vist a week earlier the salesman on that visit ( different than the man who served us on this visit ) failed to tell us a mattress would be sold on special offer so we missed a reduced price.

I would have liked more choice of Dreams own headboards. I would also have liked to have seen the headboards on display on a bed so I could try them out (rather than just on the wall)

The bed we purchased was not in the shop. After visiting the store we found it online. We then retutned to the shop to place an order the following week. Given the purchase of a large item (super king bed) it seems slightly unreasonable you charge for delivery. Really this should be considered standard service. I'm addition to Charing for delivery, a better service would provide allocated time slots, even just am or pm

I felt slightly rushed in checking our order . In doing so I missed we did not get the full discount offered on the day . We were supposed to get a set of pillows free of charge but were still charged £39.99 for them .

We were not advised of the discount offer on Silentnight until we had looked at a variety of beds. Bearing in mind we were new customers, we were not told the delivery charge would be £39 until after the order had been placed.
