Price seems generally too expensive compared to competitors

I had a trainee sales assistant helping me to find the product I was looking for and whilst he was attentive and friendly his product knowledge was limited. Luckily I'd researched the product I was buying prior to visiting the store. The range of mid sleeper beds on offer was limited i.e. only 1 option to choose from. I'd have liked to have had more options to choose from i.e premium range, mid range and budget. The lead time for the bed is 6-8 weeks this is a long time to wait for a kids bed in my opinion, plus they had no way of telling me when I can except the bed to arrive, I now have to wait for the supplier to contact me. Also having read the customer reviews about the product again, I am slightly concerned about the quality of the bed, lets just hope they are wrong or just overly fussy. Overall though the experience was good and the staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible.

I think satisfied is enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful but spending 1000 pounds will leave me satisfied, not highly satisfied. In other words, it is impossible to be highly satisfied.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgable however, appearance could do with an upgrade. Uniforms not great! One bed in the showroom had speakers with highly irratating dance music blasting out of them.

Still have not received my product so can't make judgment. Also thought the delivery dates were quite late

We felt some of the older staff looked at us as though no point asking if they need help they can't afford any thing

The prices of matresses are extremely high. The delivery time is quite long. And the staff doesnt seemed to know much about the peoducts. Although they are very nice and friendly.

I felt when spending a lot of money on a mattress that delivery should be included.

I was satisfied with the service but I do not feel that it was great value however we went ahead with the purchase anyway. I asked the sales representative if he could give us any discount and he said he'd see what he could do. He asked if we liked the pillows he was using to demonstrate the mattresses so I assumed he was throwing those in for free, it wasn't until we got home we realised they were on the receipt for £79.99 and £49.99 each!!!!! I would never have bought pillows at that price under any circumstance, serves me right for not checking I suppose :-( He was very good at his job. Very good at selling.
